Job: Stock Manager at Costarchem Nigeria Limited

Preparation of inventories, maintenance of inventory records, use of computerized systems for entering records
Responsible for verifying supply invoices with purchase orders.
Guarantee safety both in terms of the quality and quantity of materials.
Responsible for bank payments, PAYE and statutory payments
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Manage petty cash requests and withdrawal of funds.
Receive and store confidential documents and files; maintain a register of approved documents and confidential files.
Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders; process and distribute documentation with purchase orders
Reserve a particular material for a specific job when needed and issue materials only in the quantities required against the requisition notes/authorized material lists.
Check book balances, with actual physical stock at frequent intervals through internal check on erroneous issues, theft, etc.
Other duties assigned by the department


OND in a related social science course.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
High degree of independence, creativity and commitment
Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to write clearly and succinctly under time pressure and to deliver well-organized verbal presentations.
Ability to work under high work pressure.
