Key information relating to the cash dividend to be paid by Gram Car Carriers ASA

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Gram Car Carriers ASA (“GCC“) earlier today regarding the convening of the annual general meeting with, among other things, a motion for a resolution on the distribution of a dividend in an amount equivalent in NOK of approximately $0.036 per share, in total $1,040,000.

The dividend, if decided to be distributed by the general meeting, will be based on the interim balance of GCC in accordance with March 31, 2022. The interim balance sheet, together with the statement of the statutory auditor, is available on the Company’s website, https://gramcar.com/investor/annual-general-meetings.

Dividend amount: The NOK equivalent of approximately $0.036 per share

Currency advertised: NOK

Last day including the right: May 12, 2022

Date of secondment: May 13, 2022

Registration Date : May 16, 2022

Date of payment: On or about June 9, 2022

Date of approval : May 12, 2022

The distribution will constitute a refund of the Company’s share premium.

The resolution is proposed with a dividend amount expressed in NOK and will be paid in NOK based on the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Norway on 4:00 p.m. CEST on May 10, 2022. GCC will disclose the proposed amount in NOK equivalent to approximately $0.036 per share in a separate stock exchange notice before the general meeting.
